Collections - Customers

This is the Customers Section of myMoney Collections. It is the default screen you will see after logging in.

Customer List
Search for and Select the customer you wish to make a collection on.
Customer Information
See a Customer's information in this pane. Click Edit to switch to Edit Customers information. You may add new address, contact numbers, email address and notes, clicking the red dot removes the information, when finished click the save button.
Customer Actions
These are the Customer Actions. They are, from left to right, Collections, Ledger and Items Purchased.
Collections
This is your collections screen. We got this by clicking the icon in the top right that looks like a cash register. The Select Payment is showing you the options
available. If you have or had an account with Payment Tech you can use it here. Type in the collection amount. Clicking the Complete button bottom right will print
your customers receipt.
Ledger
See and Print the customer's Invoice History. Click on an invoice number to see and print a copy of the original invoice. Shown here are the Ledger options print range
as well as an option to print a Mail Page, the default message is show, you can enter and save your own message. This will print an envelope style page for sending
to your customers.
Items Purchased
See and Print a customer's history of the items they have purchased from you. Click on a product number to see and print a copy of the original invoice, if, if it was
originally archived
