Customer Maintenance


Here you see your main customer window for all customer maintenance. Use the Contents Menu listed below, to learn how to maintain your customers.

Main Menu

Click on the menu tab on the top left of the screen or on the myMoney logo to bring up the MyMoney Menu



Search menu

Search by:

  1. Name
  2. Social Security Number
  3. Phone Number


Sort by:

  1. Name
  2. Balance
  3. Ascending or Descending order

Add New Customer / Location

This allows you to add in a new customer or location to myMoney

Hide a Customer

If you want to hide a customer for what ever reason, such as a zero balance, inactive, moved, etcetera.
You can right click his name for a menu and choose "inactive".

How Do I Hide Customers


Customer list

You can choose how the program displays your list of customers, Clicking the icons at the bottom left of
your customers. You may choose, one of the following views Image:CustomerListIcons.png the one you have selected will display what view you are in.



Customer Maintenance Settings

Your customer maintenance "filter" is the,gear icon top center Image:GearIcon.pngwhen you click on it
this will give you the two images shown to the right, this allows you to display or not display your inactive and zero balance customer's,
and the accounts button will allow you to manage their balance pay off information for you.

Customer details

This view allows you to edit information for:
Customer information This view allows you to edit information for the customer view as you can see from where the mouse pointer is pointed to.


Location information

Ledger view

The ledger view shows the dates of invoices generated with debit and credit balances
clicking on a invoice number hyperlink will show that invoice with reprinting available.


Products view

The Product view displays a list of the products purchased by that customer, with hyperlinks to invoices for printing.
