myMoney Manager allows you to oversee an unlimited number of suite licenses from a central location. Currently myMoney Manager is designed to update myMoney Suite clients with product updates and receive Purchase Orders from Suite. All that is really needed is a machine connected to the internet or on a network that connects to the internet (like your DSL). Users can employ a VPN or use the internet to communicate. Suite sends requests to Manager, and Manager sends updates back to Suite & vice-versa. It's quite a simple process and very helpful for managing multiple clients running the Suite software.
It is a server/client relationship, so the Manager system is recommended to have either a static IP or a router capable of forwarding update requests from Suite. If you do not understand or feel intimidated by any of the technical details, do not worry about that, we can explain everything and setups are pretty easy.
