Settings section:
Account Totals
Quick reference of your overall PSA balance
Accounts Settings
Manage your default payment settings
Email Invoice Settings
Enable invoice emailing. Your default email address will the sender email address. Any invoice generated will ask for email confirmation before sending.
Data Options
- Clear All Data - You can remove all your Customers or Products using this.
- Zero Inventories - You can zero all your product quantities to zero. This included inventory backorder counts.
Data Export
- Customers
- Email Addresses
- Products - Note the Products export does not include inventory quantities. Use the Inventory Value Report to export quantities.
Backup Control
For createing and restoring backups.
Accounts Settings
In this area you can set up your how you want your accounts defaulted to ie:weekly/monthly/yearly. To pay off the balance
calculation is based upon your selection of term or rate. More info here.
Term Length
Term length is the amount of time you have to close the balance. More info here.
Rate
Rate is the amount you will pay to close the balance. More info here.
myInfo
In this area you designate the User Name (top) and the DBA (bottom).
Click the
icon to add an address, phone number and email address. Click the
to remove information.
Credit Cards
Your area for processing credit cards. Currently supported third party software is the PCCharge Payment Server from Verifone.
- Click Inquiry to see what is on the payment server for you
- Click Process for any offline cards
- Click Settle to finalize and clear pending cards
- Click Force if you had to call your customers CC company for an authorization number
- Click Settings to view your account settings (and click here for more info on account settings)

Taxes
Use this area to establish your local tax codes and to designate if you will be charging on labor and
or on shipping also designate what will be the default tax code.

Software Information.
This will show you the version of your program, if you are part of multi-franchise who uses the Manager program this will show
you your last connection to the Manager server. The Version History button displays the Wiki page of all history with updates added.
The EULA button displays the end user license agreement. The Credits button lists our staff.![]()
Sync Information
Hit the sync now button to force a sync option if you need an immediate update.
The following items will update for sync:
- DC Qty on hand in Invoicing/Product Maintenance
- Product information
- Purchasing/Purchase Orders
- Upload quantities to Manager
Scheduling a Backup
You can now schedule a backup. Just click the button
This will give you a list for
the hour to choose from. This is in a 24 hour format with a list of minutes in 5 minute increments. Once you click Schedule
you would then click the drop down menu next to Start time and choose the hour, then choose minutes. Then click the back
up location to select your removable media such as a USB memory stick, click
, your backup is
now scheduled. When completed you will see the backup information displayed just below the Schedule button. Customer and Email Export
If you receive an error message that says: Access to the path ...mymoney.bak is denied InnerException.Message: null ex.Source: mscorlib.dll
This means you need to disable your UAC.

Data Export
The function to export customer email addresses, customer file and product file. The export is an XLS formatted, with tab delimited fields, file.
Should Excel not be available, Open Office can import the text. The files are saved in the Documents Folder.
The following is available on a customer export:
- LastName
- FirstName
- Address1
- Address2
- Address3
- City
- State
- Postal
- Location
- Group
The default address will be used where multiple addresses exist.
The following is available on a email address export:
- LastName
- FirstName
- Address
The following is available on a product export:
- Item #
- Description
- Supplier Name
- Supplier Item #
- UPC
- Cost
- List Price
- MSRP
- Category
- Sub-Category
