Product Settings
Your Product Settings Options differ slightly than myMoney Suite.
Only Manager Software can add/remove Suppliers & Classes in Sync mode.
Your licensed trucks can sync to your Manager server to get updates for classes. Suite clients can not alter any synched
product, suppliers or classes, with the exception of Notes.
Product Rules in Manager
Your other Suite license's will not be able to modify any synchronized product files or any Suppliers or Class types.
Your other Suite license's will be able to add product and prices, but not any Suppliers or Class's. Should Manager add that item and a sync occur, that item will fall under the rules of the Sync mode.
My Business
Your Business section deals with setting up your server, to allow connection to your other licenses.
Here you can change the interval time to sync up to your other trucks.
Your employee's trucks go here.

To enable Windows Firewall for myMoney Management Services on Vista
There are several ways to add a rule to Vista's built in firewall. Either the Program (HSG.myMoney.Manager.Services.ServiceHost.exe) or Port (20000) needs to be allowed to accept Incoming connections.

Once you are on the Exceptions tab choose either Program or Port:
Add port Name=HSG Port Port Number=20000 TCP Click Ok Click Ok
Or
Add program Browse Browse To: c:\_Install_SyncServiceHost\HSG.mymoney.Manager.Services.ServicesHost.exe Highlight it and click Open Click Ok A new rule should be added named HSG.myMoney.Manager.Services.ServiceHost.exe
