Scheduling Main Menu

This is the section to build and customize your sales schedules, such as adding days of the week or city locations. The order in the Schedule View for Invoicing and Customer Management and the Customer Pre-List are configured here.
Click the link below to view the Scheduling Settings window.

You can drag your customers from the right hand side of Scheduling and drop them into your locations that you have now set up as shown in the image below. The customer "PEP Girls" has been added to the location "Arlington".

You may have individual Locations and Customers in multiple Groups, but not multiple instances of those Locations and Customers in the same Group.

Ex: John Doe can exist in Group Monday by himself and in Tuesday where his assigned Location resides. Of course, this will show them in Scheduing view twice.

Assigned Locations/Customers will be blue on the right. Unassigned will be gray.

Click on the gear icon on the top middle of the screen, where it reads Scheduling. This opens the Edit Groups windows.

This is the area of the program where you may arrange the order of your day to day work schdule. Shown in the example below I am moving Blacks Body Shop
to the top of the list for Tuesday, to do this just grab the shop and move it to Tuesday and release it.
