Understanding myMoney Suite
myMoney is a Point-of-Sales system designed for generating sales and payment invoices, customer record keeping and product/inventory maintenance. It is supported by different sections to help maintain and access your knowledge business needs. Some sections are interconnected, offering various methods to cross reference information, such as the ability to view product details from the Invoicing section or printing a ledger during an invoice.
It is helpful to be aware that many areas are available to benefit your needs.
Sections/Subsections/Options
myMoney Suite has seven main sections.
Each section has (at least one of the following) its own subsections, tabs to change the viewable windows or an options button (usually a gear icon) to modify settings or information.
Invoicing
- Customer List with four customer views: Schedule List, Customers By location, Customers Without Location, Flat List
- Three Invoice screens: Regular sales invoices for products/services & payments, Quotes, Rentals
- Customer item status searches: Products, Services, Wish List, Rentals, Backorders
- Invoicing Settings (gear at top of window) for List options, Invoicing options and Account defaults
Customer Maintenance
- Four customer views: Schedule List, Customers By location, Customers Without Location, Flat List
- Three subsections: Customer Details, Ledger, Items Purchased
- Customer Settings (gear at top of window) for List options and Account defaults
Scheduling
- Groups Preview & Customers/Locations list
- Scheduling Settings (gear at top of window) for adding new Groups
Products
- Two lists: Products List and Services List
- Detailed Inventory and Pricing views
- Products Settings (gear at top of window) for Filtering, Suppliers, Classes, Product Imports
Purchasing
- Product search
- Pending Purchases

Reports/History
