Troubleshooting
There have been few reported issues with the Suite, Manager or Collections systems. Bugs reported to our support staff are often updated within days and almost any scenario can be given a troubleshooting routine or workaround.
However, like any computer or software environment hiccups might happen. Here are some pointers and troubleshooting tactics for known issues.

Windows Vista UAC Issues
There have been random issues caused by Vista's UAC. If you get any strange error message doing any of the following, try to disable UAC.

| Recovering backups | Might receive a message saying "Recovery Unsuccessful" |
| Creating a backup | Suite unable to get access to path or folder |
| Printing a report | Suite unable to get access to certain registry keys or system files |
